Acceptance of Terms

By registering, accessing or using any part of the kiss912 platform, you explicitly acknowledge that you have read these terms and conditions, understand their content, and agree to be fully bound by them. User Eligibility

Registration and Account Management

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on the kiss912 platform. Holding more than one account under the same individual, whether using different personal information or not, is a violation of these terms and may result in the closure of all related accounts along with forfeiture of any existing balance.

Users are fully responsible for the security of their account username and password. Any activity that occurs through your account is your responsibility, unless you have promptly reported unauthorised access to our customer support team. kiss912 will not be held responsible for any losses arising from a user's own disclosure of their password.

Account sharing between two or more individuals is prohibited. All accounts are personal and may not be transferred, sold or passed to any other party.

Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

All bonuses and promotions offered by kiss912 are subject to specific conditions in effect at the time the offer is made. These conditions form part of this agreement and must be followed in full.

The kiss912 welcome bonus offers a 150% match on the first deposit up to RM1,000. For example, a deposit of RM100 gives a bonus of RM150 bringing the total balance to RM250, with a wagering requirement of RM150 × 25 = RM3,750 before any withdrawal from that bonus can be made. For a deposit of RM1,400, the bonus received is RM1,000 bringing the balance to RM2,400, with a wagering requirement of RM1,000 × 25 = RM25,000.

• The wagering requirement is based on the bonus amount received, not the deposit amount.
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly — they must first be used in wagering.
• kiss912 reserves the right to cancel a bonus if there is evidence of misuse or fraud.
• Promotional offers may not be combined unless specifically stated.

Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the kiss912 platform — including slots, live casino, sportsbook and arcade games — have their own rules that users must follow. Game results displayed by the system are final and cannot be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a technical fault.

Any attempt to exploit bugs, use automation software, bots or other cheating methods in the games is a serious violation of these terms. kiss912 reserves the right to close the account and forfeit the entire balance if cheating is proven to have occurred.
